Two Ravens and One Crow by Kevin Hearne
Annie is on page 270 of 563 of Beautiful Creatures: This book is...ok, so far. It's clearly intended for a YA romance audience, so it's a bit too heavy on the teenage lovesick angst and a bit too light on the intriguing mystery side of things. I'm planning to finish it, but probably won't read the others in the series unless someone promises they're less angsty.

“We’re all a little weird. And life is a little weird. And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall into mutually satisfying weirdness—and call it love—true love.”
